One on One: Interviews, Features, and Analysis

Hank Gola, golf writer for The New York Daily News joined Jake Kring-Schreifels and myself to break down the Masters’ Tournament. Gola gave his Masters’ prediction as well as analysis on the Tournament without prized golfers like Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson. He gave insight into the course and how the golfers will fare over the next two rounds.

Tim Kurkjian, ESPN baseball analyst, joined the show and immediately addressed Terry Collin’s decision-making in Fridaynight’s Mets game. He also discussed some Yankees worries concerning CC Sabathia’s early struggles, Pineda’s pine tar incident, and the lack of stadium attendance in April. Kurkjian added some unique anecdotes and personal thoughts about the influx of Tommy John Surgery amongst younger pitchers in today’s game, too.

Jason Wojciechowski walks hosts Kenny Dicey and Kris Venezia through the  decision by The National Labor Relations Board in Chicago that allowed NWU football players to unionize. Jason discusses the effect this ruling will have on the rest of college fooball as well as other NCAA sports. Finally, Jason breaks down whether the ruling will be overturned or if players at major football universities around the country will considered employees.
